4. Payment Terms For contracts exceeding 20,000 Euro in value, 30% of the agreed amount must be paid upfront before the commencement of work by YANITA Finance Limited. If the contract value is below this threshold, the full payment must be made before YANITA Finance Limited initiates work on the project. All invoices must be paid within 14 days, and it is the responsibility of the payer to ensure that the payment arrives at YANITA Finance Limited within this period. Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received. For contracts without a fixed price, payment will be based on an hourly rate for the work performed.
5. Intellectual Property Rights The content on YANITA Finance Limited’s website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YANITA Finance Limited and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
